How do I know which tennis racket grip size I need?
To find your ideal grip size, measure the distance from the middle crease of your palm to the tip of your ring finger. Most adults fall between size 2 (4 1/4) and size 4 (4 1/2). If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller size and adding an overgrip.
Do your rackets come pre-strung?
Many of our performance rackets are sold unstrung to allow for customization, while most intermediate and recreational rackets come factory-strung. Please check the 'Stringing' section on the specific product page for details or to select a custom stringing service.
What is your return policy for tennis shoes and apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that shoes must be tested on a clean indoor surface; we cannot accept returns for shoes with any signs of court wear or dirt.
How long does shipping take within the UK?
Standard shipping typically takes 2-4 business days. If you opt for our Express Delivery and place your order before 2 PM, your gear will usually arrive the next working day.
Can I request a specific string tension for my new racket?
Absolutely. When purchasing a racket that includes our professional stringing service, you can specify your preferred tension (in lbs or kgs) and string type in the customization notes before adding the item to your cart.
Do you offer a warranty on tennis rackets?
Yes, all our rackets come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty against structural defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, string breakage, or damage caused by accidental impact with the court or other objects.
